This Blueprint is available to everyone,
regardless of financial ability. That is central to my mission.
Originally, I planned to sell The Surfing Mothers Blueprint for $200, reflecting the five years it took to create. But I realized that doing so would not honor why I made it. This Blueprint was never meant to be exclusive—it was meant to be accessible. So I chose to release it as a free resource, so every mother who needs it can access it.
If you choose to make a donation, it helps sustain the time, energy, and resources required to create, maintain, and expand this work. As a full-time mother and athlete, your support directly contributes to my ability to continue documenting, advocating, and building pathways for mothers in sport while providing for my famiy. I am now life coaching and would love to work with you. If that aligns with you, you can explore packages here. The Imua Method.
Every contribution—small or large—helps keep this work accessible and alive.
Love,
Where Motherhood, Truth, and Power Rise Together.
The Surfing Mother Blueprint™
The Surfing Mother Blueprint™ is a lived, five-year record of pregnancy, motherhood, identity change, and physical return — written from inside the experience, not after it. It is not a training plan or a set of rules. It is a navigation guide for women moving through one of the most profound thresholds of their lives.
This blueprint was born from the absence of language, resources, and honest conversation around what motherhood actually asks of the body, mind, and spirit. When I searched for guidance on surfing while pregnant, the only message I found was don’t.
There was no nuance, no lived wisdom, no acknowledgment of women who were already skilled, intuitive, and capable. That silence became the starting point for this work.
Not Just for Surfers
Although surfing is the lens through which this work is told, this blueprint is not about surfing alone. Surfing functions as a metaphor, a proving ground, and a translation tool for something much larger: how women navigate risk, intuition, fear, identity, and responsibility while carrying life.
This work is also for women years beyond birth — including those five, ten, or more years postpartum — who feel a quiet pull back toward their dreams. Motherhood does not end at delivery, and neither does the process of reclamation. Many women pause parts of themselves in order to survive early motherhood, only to feel those parts ask to be retrieved later. This blueprint speaks directly to that return.
Any woman who has asked:
-
Can I keep doing what I love — or return to it after years away?
-
How do I protect my children without abandoning myself?
-
How do I trust my body when it no longer feels familiar?
-
How do I re-enter a dream after becoming someone new?
…will recognize herself here.
Surfing simply makes these questions visible. The ocean does not allow denial, ego, or dissociation — just like motherhood. The same principles apply whether your “wave” is sport, art, leadership, business, healing, or the quiet courage of beginning again.
What This Blueprint Holds
Through the framework of surfing — a high-consequence, embodied, intuitive practice — this blueprint explores how women remain connected to themselves while becoming responsible for another life, and how they later return to their callings without guilt or erasure. It honors discernment over bravado, devotion over performance, and safety over spectacle.
Inside, you’ll find:
-
Lived experiences from pregnancy through postpartum and long-term return
-
Guidance for women reclaiming their bodies and dreams years later
-
How to listen to the body during extreme physical and hormonal change
-
Conversations around fear, risk, intuition, and safety
-
Mental health, nervous system regulation, and identity preservation
-
The unseen labor of motherhood — and the strength it builds
-
Who This Is For
The Surfing Mother Blueprint™ is for:
-
Mothers and mothers-to-be
-
Women five or more years postpartum feeling called back to themselves
-
Women navigating reinvention, return, or threshold crossings
-
Women healing generational patterns and inherited silence
-
Women who refuse to disappear inside motherhood
This work exists to end dangerous silence, honor maternal intelligence, and offer a doorway where none existed before — not just into motherhood, but back into life.
