Imua Moms exists to redefine what it means to be strong, successful, and whole — by honoring God's vision of motherhood and Mother Nature as the heart of humanity.

Founded by Danielle Zirkelbach, the world’s first sponsored athlete mom, Imua Moms is a global movement born from the belief that motherhood is not the end of a dream, but the beginning of a greater one.

Our mission is to restore honor to motherhood — in sport, in culture, in community, and in the human story itself. For too long, mothers have been silenced, unseen, or expected to step aside — yet they are the creators of life, the keepers of balance, and the ultimate source of wisdom and connection.

This movement is not about ego or image — it’s about creating a world where our daughters grow up fearless, knowing they are supported, celebrated, and free to create without limitation. It’s about raising our sons to understand their truest selves through emotional intelligence, empathy, and by honoring and protecting the sacred nature of motherhood and Mother Nature. It's about our children, our human race, reconnecting to the earth for healing, wisdom, and excellence of living.

We believe that the mother and nature are one — both life-giving forces that nurture, sustain, and heal. When we reconnect to the mother, we reconnect to the Earth. When mothers are supported, families thrive. When families thrive, communities grow strong. And when communities grow strong, the world heals.

Through storytelling, athletic empowerment, and community building, Imua Moms is shifting the global narrative — from ego to empathy, from competition to connection, from isolation to legacy.

Who We Serve

Imua Moms was born from the vision of founder Danielle Zirkelbach, the world’s first sponsored athlete mom — a surfer, artist, and movement leader who knew that to change the world, she had to start where she stood: in the water.

For Danielle, sport was more than competition — it was comfort, healing, and home. The ocean became her mother when she had none, and surfing became her teacher, her mirror, and her medicine. It was through the rhythm of waves that she began to understand that motherhood itself is not a limitation, but a superpower — a source of strength, intuition, and creation.

Imua Moms began in the world of sport because that was Danielle’s language — her way of proving that mothers are not broken or “less than.” They are one of the strongest forces of nature on Earth. By showing her power and rewriting the story of motherhood in surfing, she sparked a movement that is now expanding far beyond sport.

While Imua Moms was founded with athlete mothers in mind — those striving to stay connected to their passion, training, and purpose. Imua Moms is a home for all women and mothers — a place that embraces the journey before, during, and beyond motherhood. It’s about walking together with new perspectives and deeper understanding, creating a more peaceful and loving world for all families. Every woman who wants to keep moving forward, to grow, to create, and to live fully in her identity belongs here.
