One Sentance Moves you Forward.

Welcome to this space of love and safety! I want to express my deepest gratitude and love for your presence here, whether as a contributor or a supporter. I wanted to share how intimidating it can be to share in a public space and how I have overcome it.

Just put one sentence down and publish it. You don't have to write your entire journey in motherhood in one post. That would be impossible. This space is for ongoing love and support, as well as knowledge about a pretty extensive subject. It's meant to be discovered day by day, just like your posts. I am long-winded because I had to gather a lot of information to take this movement forward. But for all reading, commenting, or contributing, ONE SENTENCE WILL MOVE YOU FORWARD.

Writing for an audience can feel intimidating at times! But there's no need for you to feel pressured. While I strive for high spelling and grammar standards, I want to assure you that if you make a spelling or grammar mistake, it won't diminish the value of your words. Embrace who you are, make mistakes, and know that you are appreciated. Throughout my life, I've felt haunted by the idea that a word being spelled correctly was more important than the message I was trying to convey. Dealing with dyslexia has been a beautiful struggle, and I've found ways to work through it. I'm truly grateful for tools like Grammarly, as they have helped me avoid publishing blogs filled with errors.

Feel free to share one sentence, no matter how incomplete. It doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn't have to be long. Just like Jordin, who shared that she thought every time she surfed during her pregnancy would be her last. But she kept trying, and ended up surfing on the day she gave birth! I did too, and plan to do the same with my current pregnancy!

I look forward to your posts, comments, or just support of brave women in sports!

AlWAYS KEEP MOVING FORWARD.
